LOYALTY REWARDS

• Eligibility: The Rewards Program is open to all guests of Le Café du Vegas who enroll through Square and provide a valid email address and phone number.

• Earning Stars: Stars are earned on the pre-tax purchase amount. Gift card purchases do not earn stars, but gift card redemptions do.​​

​

• Redemption: Stars can be redeemed once per day the required threshold is reached. Redemption must occur at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Account Requirement: Guests must be enrolled in LE CAFE DU VEGAS Square Loyalty with a valid email address and phone number on file. Rewards are tied to the registered account and cannot be transferred.

• Reward Value: Rewards hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

​

• Tax & Gratuity Not Included, but Tips are appreciated.

​

• Expiration: Le Café du Vegas reserves the right to place expiration dates on unused rewards every business calendar quarter.

• Modification & Termination: Le Café du Vegas reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Accrued stars may be forfeited if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

• Limitation of Liability: Le Café du Vegas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of loyalty accounts.

• Agreement: Participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
